We are huge fans of vintage, but often find that “vintage” in the wedding context can sometimes look too costume-y/fancy dress. But when it is done right, our hearts seriously go aflutter!

So imagine how happy we were to see this gorgeous inspirational shoot sent to us from Gaby J Photography. We love how they took vintage dresses and showcased them in a tastefully timeless way…

This short vintage dress would make a killer evening party dress!

The key is to take vintage and make it timeless-yet-current. Are there any of you who wore or plan to wear vintage at your weddings? – we’d love to hear!
